Description - A year back I was looking for a car which could be low on budget and carry my whole family within. There were many options though not many came within my budget so I concluded to go for the Maruti Omni. This car has been my companion for over a year now and made the perfect vehicle to travel together with family and friends within. My Omni is an 8 seater BS3 model which is metallic blue in colour. Although it has proved to be a Taxi in many places this is a car which I love to drive now. The space within is an excellent for fun with the entire family together in a car out on a drive. Few things which I would say I had to compromise are the Company fitted AC, Airbags, and power steering. Overall I would rate this car as one of the most useful and economical car which could carry a big family in one.
One of the things which have made it a good buy in this growing fuel prices is the mileage… Within the city with about 20-30 kms drive each day it gives me on an average 15kmpl easily. Also the car has been on the lower side for the maintenance that it demands. Cheers for Maruti on the achievement to make such a car and making a hit for many throughout the country… Hope it carries on the trend and keeps improving in the future avtaars of OMNI too….
