Description - Starting in the early 2009 when I was searching for an SUV I took a test drive of several huge monsters. My range was between 12-15 lacs but eventually it got stretched when I drove this monster by Chevrolet. The Chevrolet Captiva which too many would not seem an attractive SUV you buy has really outperformed beyond my expectations for the two years I have owned it. The cabin is truly plush and spacious and the engine has power within. Although I was worried I the start that the engine might be underpowered and ac could be an underperformer it has surprised me in this quarter too. Chevrolet has truly produced a comfortable SUV which is great for long drives and comfortable for the people within.

The only glitch which I have for this car is the fact that it can be quite difficult on very bad roads. The muddy areas or the hill roads have been a trouble to drive on occasions. Residing in Guwahati it has been a decent performer within the city and adjoining areas but on short trips to difficult off roads on the mountains has been difficult at times. Moreover I would recommend this car as a buy for the family of 6-7 living in the city as well as flat land areas. But for people in the hilly and bad road areas it could be troublesome at times.
