There is one car that you can be very proud of having and owning, what more in driving? It is none other than the Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class. It is a four-door coupe which is one of the highlights of Mercedes-Benz luxury cars. And Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class has been labeled as the best design Mercedes-Benz has ever offered the market. It was introduced in the world in 2004 and had its debut in India by 2007. 

Engine

There are two engines available for the Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class. Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class 350 comes with a 3.0 L V6 engine. It has a 272 hp, 350 Nm torque at 2400 – 5000rpm, and can speed up to 100kph in 7 seconds. The Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class 500, on the other hand, comes with a 5.0 L V8 engine which generates 306 hp. 460 Nm torque at 2700 – 4250 rpm. All engines can reach 250kph maximum performance as well as they feature seven-speed automatic transmission, or the popular 7G – TRONIC. 

Built and Styling

Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class is a luxury coupe in its finest, with practical Sedan features. It has a proud exterior which has prominent Mercedes-Benz grille design. Inside the car is just as good. It has quadrant solar sensor, an automatic climate control system, which regulates car temperature. It has an elegant cabin with contour seats which is spacious and can accommodate five passengers comfortably. It also has the technology inside best for entertainment such as impressive audio system and an option for a 6.5” colored display. 

Safety

Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class is equipped with many safety features. It has a Brake Assist System (BAS) as well as the adaptive braking system in order to assist its driver in handling emergency and sudden stops. It has an Electronic Stability Program (ESP) as well, like other Mercedes-Benz cars. It also has the Active Light System which can help the drivers see clearly the roads and assist in getting through fogs in order to safeguard its passengers.

Variants and Colors

Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class has two variants available in India. These are the Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class 350 and the Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class 500. However, it is not usually the price that matters because there is too much pride that comes with owning and driving a Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class. Plus, it comes with a variety of great colors to choose from. Mercedes-Benz CLS-Class comes in Capri Blue, Diamond White, Jade Green, Designo Graphite, and shades of grey and black like the flint and indium, as well as the obsidian, pewter, and platinum, respectively.
