Karnataka, January 18, 2006: Keeping in mind the economy class, Yamaha Motors India sales has launched a bike by the name of Yamaha Crux. With 106 cc engine it is a four stroke bike.

Mr. N Srikanth, the regional business head, Karnataka, Yamaha Motor Ltd. said, "Yamaha currently accounts for about 6 per cent market share in bikes in both the country and the State and expects to grow this to 12 per cent by the year-end. This will be fuelled by introduction of some more models."

Making due consideration from all the angles of economy segment, Yamaha Crux has been designed to match all the requirements of this class. From good mileage to low maintenance cost all factors have been touched to produce the bike.
