Monday, February 26, 2007: New Volvo B7R Bus steps Indian Roads. This new bus by Volvo runs on Common Rail Technology (CRD).

Volvo B7R Bus comes with all new features and assembles with kits imported from Sweden. Now it is coming with Euro 3 complaint. It has electronically controlled fuel system which gives more fuel efficiency, reduced and cleaner emissions. The fuel tank has a capacity of 600 liters and it has a very powerful engine.

" The new generation of Volvo B7R CRD buses represents a higher level both technically and qualitatively which in turn will promote greater flexibility, better overall economy, higher performance, increased safety and convenience and lower environmental impact.” Mr. Jan Vandooren, head and vice president Volvo buses marked these words.

Looking at the expansion in the luxury bus segment, the company introduced Volvo B7R bus. The company presented mementos to the first group of customers which included operators from Mumbai, Hyderabad and other cities. This bus is in great demand is doing very well globally as well as in India.
