Ford India adds two new service outlets in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, August 23, 2007:  Auto major Ford India has added two new service centres to its existing network in the city as part of its market representation drive and in view of growing business in the country.

Talking to reporters after the inauguration of the facilities, Ford India General Manager (Customer Service Operations) P K Umashankar said 20 more such service centres will be added in the country in the current financial year.

"Our global processes and standards ensure we focus on prime aspects such as safety, use of genuine parts and excellent dealer-customer relationship management. These two new centres will ensure a best in class service experience to our customers in the city," he said.

Earlier, Arvind Mathew, President and Managing Director, Ford India, inaugurated the centres, Fortune Ford at Tollichowki and Mody Ford at Bownepally said.

With this, the carmaker now has two sales showrooms and five service outlets in the state capital.

"As Ford's business is growing in India, providing customers with excellent services is our first priority. We are focusing on them with low-cost of ownership and a hassle- free experience throughout their product ownership period," he added.
